1. PlasticizerTriisooctyl trimelate (TOTM) is produced by esterification reaction of trimelate anhydride and 2-ethylhexanol. TOTM plasticizer has the advantages of good fluidity, heat resistance (high flash point), low volatility, high electrical properties, resistance to all kinds of solvent extraction, and small resistance to migration. It can meet the requirements of 90℃, 105℃, 125℃ grade heat resistant cable and high voltage cable plastic sheath.
2. Coating
A new water-soluble alkyd resin coating can be obtained by the reaction of phthalic anhydride with dialcohol monoglyceride, hexanediol, propylene glycol, neopentyl glycol and other dialcohols, which can be used as electrophoretic primer for automobiles, refrigerators and washing machines.
